The point from my og post was not that Dick’s anger is a character flaw, it’s just a facet of his character that goes largely ignored in fanon and often it’s misplaced upon the other Robins - specifically Jason. I really agree with this take- fandom and fanon will absolutely impact canon especially with something like the dc comics considering how long they’ve been running and that in some cases fans are now the writers and curators of new comic lines. Though the Jason stories now always frame his anger as a reaction to abuse not an inherent character flaw. Meanwhile any Jason as Robin stories almost always allude to his anger. There are still modern comics that show Dick as Robin stories and none of them show Dick's original anger. It is also very much true that modern canon rewrites and changes how characters are portrayed. I don't think it is just fandom impacting how new fans view the characters. The Collector wanted to join in SO BAD, so better take away that possibility. there's definitely some moments where Belos had to cover it. The Collector disk! Belos probably keeps it uncovered, since in canon the collector keeps himself away from Hunter even though he really wants to play with the grimwalkers. It's an interesting and rage-inducing thought. It's honestly kind of probable, but there's also definitely a version where Belos is thankful to Camila for losing her daughter. The visual of Belos expecting thanks from Camila gives me so much rage you have NO idea. Im wondering if belos covers the disc so that the collector wouldn’t be able to approach luz. Even though his methods are really unhealthy and lean towards the traumatic, especially if the latest owl house episodes tell us anything. I wouldn’t be surprised if belos expects any thanks from camila for “raising and protecting” her daughter. I think (realistically) a lot of the clones are probably dead, or maybe all, and that was the original shockwave on tfp. I have plenty of more "what ifs" but I'm just gonna end this here. Byeeee.ĭo you realize how confusing this is? I'm pretty sure he doesn't control his clones or anything, but do the clones know they are clones? Did any of them die during the war and when the autobots return they just find a couple of dead shockwaves scattered? If the clones didn't know they were clones, is it possible that one of the clones ended up on the nemesis and the shockwave on tfp was actually a clone? Even if they knew were clones, was it a shockwave clone in tfp? what are the clones working on? Where the hell is the actual shockwave? Did any of them survive the war and, y'know, the fact that dark energon was yeeted on the cybertron? Did literally anyone know about this other than dinobots and ultra magnus? Can you imagine just being like damn shockwave sure gets around cybertron quickly and someone else goes "yup having clones sure makes it a lot easier to manage a planet" The image is most commonly used to portray a character as a troll in rage comics, or alternatively, to identify oneself or another participant as such in online discussions.Something that's been stewing in my crusty little brain lately is the fact that aligned continuity shockwave made clones of himself.īasically in rage of the dinobots, the dinobots (and ultra magnus) killed shockwave, but then a hologram of shockwave appears and he's kinda like lol nice try but actually I have a bunch of avatars that help me with my job.
